Instant Road Repair® has been produced for the Federal and State Highway Departments for over 20 years. Instant Road Repair® meets and exceeds the Texas Department of Transportation special specification, item #3563-Class I CMD 9200-003 for containerization Asphalt Patching Material. Instant Road Repair® is not just a pothole patch, but is guaranteed pothole repair.

Instant Road Repair® has cured stability of above 40 at 140° Fahrenheit. Instant Road Repair® will remain in the repaired areas in the same condition as when the initial repair was done. Instant Road Repair® will not rut, ravel or shove in the repaired area. Instant Road Repair® requires no mixing or heating.

Instant Road Repair® can be used to permanently patch when the surface temperatures are as low as -40° or as high as 168° Fahrenheit. Instant Road Repair® is applied without the addition of a primer or bonding agent. Instant Road Repair® is applied without special equipment or skilled personnel. Instant Road Repair® is for asphalt or concrete pavement repairs regardless of the weather condition. Instant Road Repair® will not shrink after it cures. Instant Road Repair® remains stable in unconfined repair area; while other repair products have to be within the pothole. Instant Road Repair® is a rapid curing repair product vs. slow to medium cure patching material offered by other manufacturers.
